K B Sunspaces sunrooms are custom designed for your home and engineered and installed to exacting standards, ensuring the highest of quality. Our units can be installed directly onto an existing patio or we can start from scratch! Designed to extend your enjoyment of the outdoors without the usual annoyances of wind, rain, insects and harmful UV rays, we offer a sunroom for every situation.

- ROOF OPTIONS -

We are one of the few companies able to offer a gable (vaulted) roof. A studio (shed) roof is also available. 3" EPS interlocking panels with aluminum skins are standard, 4 and 6" panels are optional. Shingles are usually included, to match the house, and these roofs support a ceiling fan. Optional ceiling finishes include vinyl and cypress or cedar beadboard, as well as custom finishes.

- TRANSOM AND KNEEWALL OPTIONS -

Both areas can either be open or closed. The closed options include aluminum panels, vinyl beadboard or siding to match the house.

- WINDOW OPTIONS -

VINYL - 2 OR 4 TRACK

Either vertical or horizontal - combines the open feeling of a screen room with the comfort and convenience of an enclosed porch. Made with two or three-inch foam panels and aluminum extrusions, the walls incorporate versatile 2 or 4 Track Vinyl Windows and Doors to form a wall under either an existing or new roof.

4-Track Vertical Sliding Window panels can be raised or lowered effortlessly to ventilate up to 75% of the screened area with maximum versatility. Horizontal Sliding Window panels can be moved to the left or right effortlessly to ventilate up to 50% of the screened area. All vents can be easily removed, ,allowing total screen room ventilation. The fixed panel windows are used primarily as transoms, knee-walls and dead lights.

GLASS

Enjoy your porch enclosure the way you have always imagined, in beautiful natural light. With several glass options available, there is something for everyone!

NON-IMPACT

Our HORIZONTAL GLASS SLIDING WINDOWS introduce yet another great way to create a beautiful enclosed area for your home.

• Sliding panels can be moved to the left or right effortlessly to ventilate up to 50% of the screened area
• Vents can be removed allowing total screen room ventilation
• Insulated, low "E" with argon gas is standard

Our SINGLE OR DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS meet or exceed all Energy Star standards. Insulated glass with argon gas and Low "E" coating is standard.

IMPACT RESISTANT

There is nothing that says piece of mind like having impact resistant windows and doors. Available in several different configurations, all exceed Energy Star code, have very high DP (design pressure) ratings and provide durability and resistance from the elements. Let us show you the specs!
